Cheyenne Lake and Cheyenne State Recreation Area is located in Hail County Nebraska, off the Wood River Interchange. Boating on the lake is restricted to nonpowered or electric motors.   This lake has 17 surface acres of water. The Nebraska State Game and Parks Commission lists this lake as being restocked in 1997.   Facilities at Cheyenne State Recreation Area include restrooms and picnic facilities.
